Who are we?
The company was founded in May 1992 in Stockholm by Henrik Berggren - Lagercrantz. BL Consulting is a family owned business where Henrik works as a consultant together with his sons Axel , Leo and Leslie .
We can help in areas such as interim financial services as CFO / Ekonomichef, Controller or specialist, bookkeeping and financial statements , annual reports, taxes, tax returns and advice, etc. We often operate as a sounding board for management in matters relating to financial and strategic planning and HR related issues. We can help with transfer pricing policies, establish financial procedures , forecasts and budgets. We can negotiate terms with suppliers / customers and help with business plans. We are good at implementing ERP systems and has experience in initial public offerings (IPO) and reporting according to IFRS / IAS and U.S. GAAP accounting standards.
